Acceptable Assets Home or Condo Pledged property must be owned free and clear and of similar value to the property being purchased. Non-Volatile Assets Savings, CDs, money market accounts 1:1 towards your pledge Volatile Assets Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc. 2:1 towards your pledge Any person can pledge assets on behalf of the borrower.
Pledged accounts may be considered for release after 36 months at investors sole discretion.
This program is available on selected portfolio loan programs for primary, second homes, or investment properties.
