Motivated by his passion for watersports, Keith moved to Maui in 1994.
Four years later, he assumed the role of General Manager at Simmer Hawaii, a revered locally owned business on Maui’s North Shore. For over 25 years, Keith led the company with excellence, embodying a commitment to unparalleled service.
In early 2019, a family member’s illness necessitated a significant increase in Keith’s income to support his loved ones. In response, Keith embarked on a journey to become a licensed loan officer. Devoting his personal time to training, he balanced two jobs to meet his familial obligations.
Keith’s extensive experience in managing a multifaceted business, coupled with his unwavering dedication to customer service and deep-rooted connections within the community, uniquely positioned him to navigate the complexities of the lending landscape. His personal insights into the challenges of acquiring and maintaining a home on the island added depth to his understanding of borrowers’ needs.

Before finding Keith at Pacific Home Loans I had loans with I believe 5 different lenders. I would use one person for primary residence, somebody else for qualified investment properties, and an assortment of national vendors for DSCR loans. It was always a little sketchy if the lender would actually be able to do what they promised on the front end and I had a number of close calls getting deals closed. Keith has been fantastic. We’ve always closed on time and he shops full doc loans as well as DSCR products and we move forward with what makes the most sense for that particular deal.
