Get to Know Ryan:
Ryan was born and raised in Western Montana. In the fall of 2002 he moved to Maui to skip a Rocky Mountain Winter. As it turned out one winter in Maui wasn’t enough. In 2004 Ryan fell in love with his future wife Desire’e. Ryan and Desire’e are the proud parents of two beautiful children Ryland and Madilyn. Together they pride themselves on family values and feel blessed to be raising their family on our beautiful Island of Maui.
Ryan has a passion for finance and has been active in Maui Real Estate for over 18 years. He has been a participant in the market during a variety of market conditions. Ryan takes great pride in honest, friendly and professional customer service. He believes that great customer service begins with great product knowledge. The mortgage market is constantly changing and evolving. Ryan is committed to maintaining his knowledge. This commitment allows him to bring the best mortgage product to the table for each individual client’s varying needs.
In his personal time Ryan enjoys the many recreational activities Maui has to offer. Ryan can be found surfing the beautiful north swells during the winter, hiking and biking the slopes of Haleakala, fishing our local reefs, and spending a relaxing weekend camping in Hana.
I have been involved with at least 20 loans so far in my life, purchase, refi, refi-cash out, investment, and HELOCs. Ryan is the BEST and would not have been able to complete my latest real estate transaction without him. He also helped with appraisal and insurance. We recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan on a home purchase involving a 1031 exchange. It was our first exchange purchase, which involved a lot of additional details on how we could use different funds while maintaining a tax-advantaged state, we were also out of state, and managing the purchase through a period where Fed rate hikes were coming. Ryan and his team were absolute experts, there wasn’t a single question they didn’t know how to answer, they partnered with our agent and exchange team wonderfully, and set us up to actually close almost a week early with zero hitches. I’d highly recommend him and would work with him again in a heartbeat!
