A significant portion of individuals in the U.S. facing challenges with mortgages are those who do not possess a Social Security Number (SSN).
For those ineligible for an SSN, Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) are issued to both resident and nonresident aliens for tax-reporting purposes. This program necessitates a minimum 20% down payment.
*U.S. 1040 tax returns are mandatory for employed individuals or business deposits summed up from the 12 most recent bank statements for self-employed applicants to qualify.
