Craig was recommended to me by my realtor when my original lender stopped communicating (because I don’t think he could find a loan program for me). As a self-employed person, Craig evaluated my tax returns and realized that I wouldn’t qualify for the property I wanted, so he said he wanted to review my bank statements as he had an option to create an income using business deposits. It was amazing, I easily qualified and Craig guided me as a first-time homebuyer through the whole process, even answering my calls/texts after hours and on the weekends.

Our longtime friend and realtor recommended Craig when we wanted to buy a second home on Maui and were having trouble selling an investment property there to get money for the down payment. He did something called a Bridge loan for us, which allowed us to take money out of the property that we had listed, and use that towards the down payment of our new home. He helped us with the financing of the new purchase, and we have also used him for a million-dollar equity line of credit. I never needed to show income, just our 401K statement and he qualified us on that. Being out of state, Craig was available at our convenience, and we didn’t even realize there was a 3-hour time difference as he was there for us.
