Hawaii ITIN Loan
A large group of individuals in the U.S. that need help with mortgages are those without a Social Security Number (SSN).
If you are ineligible for a SSN, ITINs are issued to both resident and nonresident aliens for tax-reporting purposes. This program requires minimum 20% down.
*U.S. 1040 tax returns are required for the employed or the business deposit added up on the 12 most recent bank for the self-employed to qualify.
